JOB ARCHITECTURE

Reviewing and aligning existing job descriptions to current strategy. One-on-one interviews with role holders to understand accountabilities. Documenting Job Descriptions for all unique roles, analyzing job evaluation data to identify gaps and insights, evaluating roles where required and preparing a job positioning matrix aligned to business strategy across functions and units.

Governence System ensures that the CEO owns outcomes, Functional Heads own execution, and  HR enables by designing the systems, building the capability, and providing the data that allows the CEO and business leaders to make informed decisions. We work with CEOs and Leadership Teams to design, launch, and embed governance systems that make people strategy executable. This includes designing the forum structure and accountability framework, preparing the CEO and Functional Heads for their governance roles, building the HR team's capability to be a strategic partner.
