The impact is tracked at Reaction, Learning, Application and Results stages to achieve the intented business outcome. We do it as three domains:
A) Foundational Self-Management Skills (essential inner capabilities): Self-awareness, Emotional regulation, Goal clarity, and Leadership agility.
B) Communication & Interpersonal Effectiveness : Full spectrum of communication capabilities , from everyday conversations to high-stakes discussions and influential presentations.
C) Strategic Workplace Influence: Negotiation skills, cultural awareness, and decision-making confidence needed to influence outcomes in complex, high-stakes business contexts.
Note: These are customized programs based on the need of the Clinets. A Few Programs of Domain-A are shown below as examples:
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions as well the emotions of others. For managers, EI is not just a soft skill; it is a leadership necessity. High EI correlates strongly with job performance, decision-making quality, conflict resolution, team motivation, and resilience. We train them through practical sessions to imbibe EI behaviour.
Effective goal setting aligns individual effort with organizational objectives and provides a measurable basis for performance appraisal. We train managers on SMART and GROW Models to execute perfomance management as a productive tool.
We equip managers with the knowledge and skill of identifying the learning attitude and ability of their team members and accordingly adapt appropriate style of coaching and mentoring based on the Hersey–Blanchard model, to be an effective Team Leader.
Executive Presence (EP) is the ability to project confidence, credibility, and leadership by inspiring trust, influencing stakeholders, and leading effectively. We train managers on the key components of EP - Gravitas, Communication and Appearance.
Structured approaches to scheduling and prioritisation help managers balance short, medium, and long-term demands. They learn the core principles: prioritise tasks by urgency and importance, schedule proactively, and develop the discipline to execute.
